We took full ownership of all data-related aspects of the program, including:

We organised and facilitated workshops with data champions from each market to detail the migration approach, outline the cleansing required and track project progress. Working with PageGroup’s country leadership, we helped position the cleansing as a business opportunity rather than an expense, which was reflected in improved business performance after the go-live date.

Our team also helped refine PageGroup’s data retention approach to ensure compliance with data protection regulations, including the GDPR and relevant policies in China and Latin America.

We established data life cycles for customer and recruitment data, with the appropriate data management practices to drive quality and trust in the data. Life cycles and processes were then automated where possible to realise operational efficiencies and drive adoption.

Our streamlined migration processes ensured the successful loading of millions of data records, resulting in the simultaneous migration of multiple markets with zero downtime and accelerating PageGroup’s global rollout.
